Women’s Soccer Registers 1-1 Draw at SUNY Canton

CANTON, N.Y.- The Eastern Nazarene College women's soccer team recorded a 1-1 tie at SUNY Canton Saturday afternoon.

THE BASICS:

HOW IT HAPPENED:

• SUNY Canton captured a 1-0 lead in the 42nd minute. Gabbie Flynn netted her first goal of the season with a long-range attempt as Morgan Nealon picked up an assist.
• Eastern Nazarene leveled the match at 1-1 in the 85th minute. Kayla Dorn (Hampton, Ill.) buried her team-leading fourth goal of the year, converting from the penalty spot for the second time this fall.    

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:

• Netminder Mackenzie Quick (Barrington, N.H.) posted five saves in her third start of the season.
• The Lions manufactured 14 shots while the Roos finished with 11 attempts in the contest.
• The visitors concluded the match with an 8-2 advantage in corner kicks earned.
