Women’s Soccer Falls to SUNY Poly, 3-0

NORTH QUINCY, Mass.- The Eastern Nazarene College women's soccer team suffered a 3-0 setback to SUNY Poly Saturday afternoon at Creedon Field.

THE BASICS:

HOW IT HAPPENED:

• The Wildcats netted their first goal of the game in the 12th minute. Caroline Entwistle notched her second marker of the season off of assists by Hannah Shipley and Kate Donnelly.
• SUNY Poly doubled its lead to 2-0 with a strike in the 53rd minute. Hannah Shipley collected her team-leading fourth tally of the fall as Caroline Entwistle provided the assist.
• The visitors tacked on a third goal in the 58th minute. Hannah Shipley bagged her second goal of the game while Brooke Bush picked up an assist.

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:

• Goalkeeper Sabrina Nassar (Suwanee, Ga.) finished with seven saves in her sixth start of the campaign.
• The Lions managed eight shots on the day while the Wildcats concluded the contest with 16 attempts.
• Jordan Lee (Hampden, Mass.) paced Eastern Nazarene with three shot attempts and Kayla Dorn (Hampton, Ill.) added a pair of shots.
