Women’s Soccer Sweeps NECC Weekly Honors

MANSFIELD, Mass.- Junior Beatriz de Oliveira Segato (Malden, Mass.) of the Eastern Nazarene College women's soccer team has been named the NECC Player of the Week while freshman Jordan Lee (Hampden, Mass.) earned NECC Rookie of the Week accolades, announced the league office Monday.

In the Lions' 3-2 victory at Rivier, de Oliveira Segato and Lee each netted one goal. Lee bagged her first collegiate tally in the 12th minute and de Oliveira Segato notched the game-winning goal in the 54th minute.

Eastern Nazarene owns a 1-4-0 overall record and returns to the pitch September 20 to take on MCLA.
