Forstrom Earns NECC Women’s Soccer Rookie of the Week Honors

QUINCY, Mass.- Emily Forstrom (St. Paul, Minn.) of the Eastern Nazarene College women's soccer team has been named the New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) Rookie of the Week, announced the league office Tuesday.

Forstrom opened her scoring account with a hat trick in the Lions' 15-5 rout at Fisher in the first match of the season.

Eastern Nazarene sports a 1-1-0 overall record and returns to the pitch September 4 in a road tilt at Regis.
