Women’s Basketball Falls to SUNY Poly 73-58 Friday
QUINCY, Mass.- The Eastern Nazarene College women's basketball team suffered a 73-58 setback to SUNY Poly Friday evening at the Lahue Athletic Center.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Eastern Nazarene owned a 20-18 edge after the first frame.
- The Wildcats outscored the Lions 19-14 in the second period to boast a 37-34 advantage at the halftime intermission.
- SUNY Poly posted a 16-14 margin in third-quarter scoring to widen the gap to 53-48 heading to the final 10 minutes.
- The visitors chalked up 20 points in the fourth and limited the home side to 10 points in the quarter to notch their second-consecutive win.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- Sabanna Berrios (Providence, R.I.) scored a team-high 21 points while adding six rebounds and three steals.
- Anaira Ayala (Guaynabo, P.R.) tallied 13 points off the bench and Molly Smith (Hudson, N.H.) added nine points on the night.
- Eastern Nazarene shot 36.1% from the floor and connected on 4-of-17 from behind the arc.
- SUNY Poly concluded the contest with a field-goal percentage of 45.5% and a 40% clip from three-point territory.
- Alysa Jackson poured in a game-best 21 points and Patricia Vanlue notched a double-double with 10 points and 12 rebounds.
