ANNVILLE, Pa.- The Eastern Nazarene College softball team absorbed a 6-2 loss to Lebanon Valley in an elimination contest of the NCAA Tournament Annville Regional staged at Lebanon Valley College Friday. With the result, the Lions exit the NCAA Tournament while the Dutchmen advance to take on Eastern Connecticut State for a spot in the regional finals.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Lebanon Valley snagged a 1-0 edge with one run in the top of the fifth inning.
- The Dutchmen manufactured five runs in the seventh to extend their lead to 6-0.
- Eastern Nazarene produced a pair of runs in the bottom of the seventh to cut the deficit to 6-2. Caoimhe Wernsing (Brockton, Mass.) roped a two-out double to centerfield to drive in Danielle Maliszewski (Torrington, Conn.) and Taylor Brandt (Napa, Calif.).
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- Caoimhe Wernsing (Brockton, Mass.) notched one hit and drove in a pair of RBIs.
- Taylor Brandt (Napa, Calif.) collected a pair of base knocks and scored one run.
- Darcy Castro (Garden Grove, Calif.) registered two hits while Yaya Bowden (Danbury, Conn.) and Alex Schwenger (Danville, Calif.) added one base hit each.
- In the circle, Jennelle Munoz (Lake Elsinore, Calif.) pitched her 20th complete game of the spring.
