Men’s Volleyball Falls at Nichols in NEVC Championship Match
DUDLEY, Mass. – The No. 2 seed Eastern Nazarene College men's volleyball team dropped a 3-0 decision to top-seeded and nationally-ranked Nichols in the New England Volleyball Conference championship match Saturday evening.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Nichols claimed the opening set 25-18 to grab a 1-0 lead.
- The Bison prevailed 25-19 in the second frame to extend their advantage to 2-0.
- Nichols triumphed 25-20 in the third to clinch its second-consecutive league crown.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- Alejandro Garcia Fernandez (San Juan, P.R.) posted a team-high 12 kills and six digs.
- Delfy Soler (Lawrence, Mass.) recorded six kills while Jacob Lotts (Mission Viejo, Calif.) added four kills.
- Jacob Zarges (Quincy, Mass.) tallied four kills and a pair of blocks.
- Aaron Huang (Quincy, Mass.) finished with 23 assists on the night.
- Jack Normandin paced Nichols with a match-best 18 kills and Tanner Soracco chipped in with seven kills.
