QUINCY, Mass.- The Eastern Nazarene College men's soccer team blanked New England College 2-0 Saturday afternoon at Veterans Memorial Stadium in the first New England Collegiate Conference match of the season.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The hosts snagged a 1-0 edge in the 41st minute. Manuel Vibot (Valladolid, Spain) pounced on a loose ball inside the box and booted home his second goal of the season.
- Eastern Nazarene doubled its advantage to 2-0 in the 47th minute. Sheelens Ostine (Quincy, Mass.) bagged his second marker of the year while Bryan Vargas (San Jose, Costa Rica) picked up his second assist of the fall.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- Goalkeeper Lucas Batz (Jacksonville, N.C.) chalked up three saves to collect his first collegiate victory and second clean sheet of the season.
