Jamar Griggs Garners NECC Rookie of the Week Honors

MANSFIELD, Mass.- Freshman Jamar Griggs (Baltimore, Md.) of the Eastern Nazarene College men's lacrosse team picked up his second New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) Rookie of the Week nod, announced the league office Monday.

Griggs netted three goals in the Lions' setback at Mount St. Mary (N.Y.) before racking up a career-high five goals in a loss to Mount Vernon Nazarene.

This season, he ranks second in the conference with 13 goals.

Eastern Nazarene owns an 0-6 overall record and will head to Salem State March 30.
