Men’s Golf Lands Four on MASCAC Fall/Winter All-Academic Team

WESTFIELD, Mass.- The Eastern Nazarene College men's golf team earned four selections to the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Fall/Winter All-Academic Team, as announced by the league office Tuesday.

Brandon Brown (Oxford, Pa.), Matt Cawthorne (Norwell, Mass.), Nick Thibeau (Spencerport, N.Y.), and Will Zarges (Quincy, Mass.) all garnered MASCAC All-Academic accolades.

Student-athletes who compete in varsity sports offered by each of the MASCAC institutions during the course of the Fall 2020 athletic season and have achieved a 3.20 cumulative or semester-based grade point average during the semester are eligible for selection to the Fall All-Academic Team.

Brown picked up his seventh career MASCAC All-Academic nod while Cawthorne and Thibeau each received their fourth-straight MASCAC All-Academic selection.

The Lions placed seventh at the MASCAC Championships this fall.
