Men’s Hoops Posts 76-73 Win Over Penn State-Harrisburg at Naples Shootout
NAPLES, Fla.- The Eastern Nazarene College men's basketball team prevailed 76-73 over Penn State-Harrisburg Tuesday afternoon to wrap up competition at the Naples Shootout.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- In a closely-contested first half, Penn State-Harrisburg seized a five-point edge with 2:30 remaining in the opening frame on a trey by Isaiah Eggleston, 30-25.
- The Lions narrowly trailed the Nittany Lions 34-30 at the halftime intermission.
- Eastern Nazarene chalked up six-straight points to start the second stanza and claim a 36-34 lead.
- The Lions extended their advantage to double-digits, 55-45, as JaWaun Moore (Dayton, Ohio) splashed a three-pointer with 10:02 left to play in the second half.
- Penn State-Harrisburg trimmed the gap to 72-70 with less than a minute remaining in regulation on a layup by Nate Curry.
- Eastern Nazarene sealed the victory with a basket by Bernie McGuinness (Cumming, Ga.) and a pair of free throws by Nick Manso (Brick, N.J.) in the final 30 seconds of play.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- Bernie McGuinness (Cumming, Ga.) scored a team-high 20 points and hauled in a team-best five rebounds.
- Nick Manso (Brick, N.J.) tallied 17 points and dished out five assists.
- Corey McGhee (Alexandria, Va.) finished with 15 points, four boards, and four assists on the afternoon.
- JaWaun Moore (Dayton, Ohio) notched 13 points while Kobe Jones (Picayune, Miss.) added 11 points.
- Eastern Nazarene shot 52.8% from the floor and 46.2% from three-point range.
- Penn State-Harrisburg finished with a field-goal percentage of 45.9% while connecting on 9-of-27 from beyond the arc.
- Nate Curry paced the Nittany Lions with a double-double, pouring in a game-high 23 points while grabbing 11 boards. Isaiah Eggleston chipped in with 19 points off the bench.
