
Baseball Tops Thomas (Maine) Twice Sunday
WATERTOWN, Mass.- The Eastern Nazarene College baseball team downed Thomas (Maine) 12-3 and 13-2 Sunday afternoon at Victory Field to collect its eighth and ninth wins in a row. The Lions' 12-3 record is the best season start in program history and their nine game win-streak matches the program record.
GAME ONE
THE BASICS:

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Eastern Nazarene exploded for 10 runs in the bottom of the first inning to burst ahead 10-0. Tyler Bean (Wellington, Fla.) scurried home from third base as Frank Landeiro (Orlando, Fla.) reached on an error. Frank Landeiro (Orlando, Fla.) crossed the dish on a wild pitch. Anderson Jimenez (Lowell, Mass.) raked a single to drive in Shane McNamara (Londonderry, N.H.) and Eduardo Labour (Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic) followed with a base knock to score Jaime Roldan (Boston, Mass.). Kelvin Cortez (Corona, N.Y.) roped a single to centerfield to plate Anderson Jimenez (Lowell, Mass.) and Eduardo Labour (Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic).
