
Eastern Nazarene Lands 23 Student-Athletes on Fall CCC All-Academic List
SPRINGFIELD, Mass.- Eastern Nazarene College placed 23 student-athletes on the Commonwealth Coast Conference Fall All-Academic Team released by the league office Wednesday.
The Academic All-Conference honor rewards varsity student-athletes who attain a cumulative grade-point average of 3.30 (on a 4.0 scale) or higher. The Fall Academic All-Conference Team encompasses student-athletes who participated in the sports of men's and women's cross country, field hockey, men's and women's soccer, women's tennis, and women's volleyball.
The Lions' women's soccer and women's tennis teams led the way with five honorees each. The women's volleyball squad garnered four selections while the men's' cross country, women's cross country, and men's soccer teams all boasted three recipients.
Seniors Hannah Lariviere (Biddeford, Maine), Katherine Lawrence (Marlborough, Conn.), Dezirae Maffit (Aurora, Ill.), and Greg Whitney (Henniker, N.H.) all picked up their third career CCC All-Academic nod.
A total of 443 student-athletes from the conference's 10 member institutions were recognized.
