Women’s Basketball Absorbs 74-62 Loss to Maine-Augusta
QUINCY, Mass.- The Eastern Nazarene College women's basketball team suffered a 74-62 setback to Maine-Augusta Thursday evening at the Lahue Athletic Center.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Eastern Nazarene sported an 18-15 advantage at the conclusion of the first quarter.
- The visitors outscored the home side 22-13 in the second frame to own a 37-31 halftime lead.
- After Maine-Augusta seized a 44-35 edge, the Lions battled back to cut the deficit to 49-45 with 3:10 remaining in the third period on a bucket by Te'yalla Simpson (Fairfield, Texas).
- The Moose carried a 55-48 advantage into the final frame after finishing with an 18-17 edge in third-quarter scoring.
- The guests chalked up five-straight points to start the fourth and widen the margin to 60-48.
- Maine-Augusta outscored Eastern Nazarene 19-14 in the fourth quarter to secure its seventh-consecutive victory.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- Delaney Walker (Nampa, Idaho) netted 19 points to lead all scorers.
- Michala O'Donoghue (San Bruno, Calif.) poured in a season-high 13 points while adding four rebounds and three assists.
- Te'yalla Simpson (Fairfield, Texas) finished with 10 points and five boards.
- Ahidali DeHuelbes (Tucson, Ariz.) chipped in with six points and a team-best six rebounds off the bench.
- Eastern Nazarene shot 42.4% from the floor and connected on 6-of-19 three-point attempts on the night.
- Maine-Augusta concluded the contest with a field-goal percentage of 55.8% to go with 42.9% shooting from beyond the arc.
- Sydney Farrar notched 17 points to pace the Moose while Alisyn Alley added 16 points, nine rebounds, and seven assists.
