Bio

Dan Visser recently completed his second year as the head men’s soccer coach and head golf coach at Eastern Nazarene College.

Visser guided the Lions to a 5-12-1 overall record in 2014. Andrew Nelson earned All-CCC second team honors while Scott Hansen picked up All-CCC honorable mention.

In his first year at the helm of the Eastern Nazarene men's soccer team, the Lions posted a 3-14-0 overall record. The team also earned the Commonwealth Coast Conference Team Sportsmanship Award in 2013 while Scott Hansen garnered All-CCC honorable mention.

Visser joined the Lions after a two-year stint as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at Eastern University in St. Davids, Pa. During his time with the Eagles, he helped the team post a 21-11-2 record and place 11 players on MAC All-Conference teams.

As a player, Visser enjoyed an incredibly successful playing career with NCAA Division III power Messiah College. During his four years, Messiah won three National Championships and participated in four Final Fours. He served as a captain in his junior and senior years and was named to the Regional All-America first team following his senior season. Visser graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2008 with degrees in mathematics and economics.

In 2013, Visser received his Master's in Business Administration from Eastern University.

He holds an 'A' License from the United States Soccer Federation (USSF) and National Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA).

Visser resides in Quincy, Mass. with his wife, Kari, and their newborn son, Coby.
