Men’s Golf Finishes Seventh at MASCAC Championships

GROTON, Conn.- The Eastern Nazarene College men's golf team claimed seventh place at the Massachusetts State College Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Championships held at Shennecossett Golf Club. The Lions compiled a round-two score of 374 to finish the two-day event with a 721 team score.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS:

• Matt Cawthorne (Norwell, Mass.) carded an 88 on day two to post a two-day total of 165.
• Nick Thibeau (Spencerport, N.Y.) fired a 90 in the second round to finish the tournament with a mark of 178.
• Chris Jaskiewicz (Oakville, Conn.) and Jacob Zarges (Quincy, Mass.) each shot a 98 Monday while Brandon Brown (Oxford, Pa.) tallied a 99.
