Baseball Collects 15-3 Victory at SUNY Canton
CANTON, N.Y.- The Eastern Nazarene College baseball team rattled off a 15-3 victory at SUNY Canton Saturday to wrap up the weekend series.
THE BASICS:

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Eastern Nazarene scored two runs in the top of the first inning to capture a 2-0 lead.
- The Lions manufactured four runs in the third to extend their advantage to 6-0.
- The visitors tacked on a pair of runs in the fifth to stretch the margin to 8-0.
- Eastern Nazarene plated one run in the sixth inning to push its lead to 9-0.
- SUNY Canton got on the board in the bottom of the sixth, tallying one run to cut the deficit to 9-1.
- The Roos produced two runs in the seventh to narrow the gap to 9-3.
- The Lions generated five runs in the eighth to widen their advantage to 14-3.
- Eastern Nazarene added a run in the ninth inning to extend its lead to 15-3.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- Ruddy Vidal (Barahona, Dominican Republic) notched four RBIs, three hits, and two runs scored.
- Frank Landeiro (Orlando, Fla.) notched three base knocks, three runs scored, one RBI, and a stolen base.
- Anderson Jimenez (Lowell, Mass.) finished with three runs scored and three hits.
- Eduardo Labour (Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic) registered three hits, two runs scored, and one RBI.
- Elvis Rojas (Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic) added two base hits, two RBIs, and scored one run.
- Anthony Ventura (La Romana, Dominican Republic) threw seven innings and recorded one strikeout. Liam Bruskewicz (Granite Springs, N.Y.) hurled two scoreless innings of relief while posting three strikeouts.
