Baseball’s Steven Pesce Earns ABCA/Rawlings All-Region Third Team Honors

GREENSBORO, N.C.- Senior Steven Pesce (Harrison, N.Y.) of the Eastern Nazarene College baseball team has been tabbed to the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) All-Region third team.

Pesce paced the Lions with 57 hits, 39 RBIs, and 10 stolen bases while also adding 29 runs scored. He hit .380 on the season to go with an on-base percentage of .444 and a slugging percentage of .607.

He concluded his career as the program's all-time leader in career at-bats, hits, doubles, and RBIs.

Eastern Nazarene finished the 2022 campaign with a 21-19-1 overall record and a 5-5-1 mark in the New England Collegiate Conference. The Lions earned the No. 3 seed in the NECC Tournament and fell to Mitchell in the losers' bracket final.
