Thirty-Seven Fall Student-Athletes Named to NAC All-Academic Team
WATERVILLE, Maine- Eastern Nazarene College landed 37 student-athletes on the North Atlantic Conference All-Academic Team for the 2023 fall season, which was released on Thursday afternoon. The league office recognized a total of 505 student-athletes from its 14 member institutions on the All-Academic Team.
To be eligible for NAC All-Academic Team, a student-athlete must post a minimum grade-point average of 3.50 on a scale of 4.00. Student-athletes who competed in men's and women's cross country, field hockey, men's golf, men's and women's soccer, women's tennis, and women's volleyball were eligible for the award.
The Lions' men's soccer team led the way with 10 All-Academic nods while the women's soccer squad featured four honorees.
The Eastern Nazarene women's volleyball team, the 2023 NAC champion, landed nine student-athletes on the list. The Lions' women's tennis team, the 2023 NAC champion, featured six honorees.
The ENC men's golf team garnered three All-Academic selections. The Lions' men's cross country program featured three recipients while the women's cross country team boasted two nods.
