ENC Men Lead NECC Champions Cup Standings; Women Fourth After Fall Season
MANSFIELD, Mass. – After the completion of the fall championship season, the Eastern Nazarene College men are in the lead in the New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) Champions Cup standings with a score of .861. The Lions put together an impressive fall season, winning their first-ever NECC Men's Soccer Championship. They also added a second place finish in cross country to boost their overall score.
On the women's side, Eastern Nazarene ranks fourth behind Elms, New England College, and Lesley. The Lions' women's volleyball team captured the program's first-ever NECC title while the women's soccer squad reached the NECC Tournament for the second-straight year.
Eastern Nazarene garnered 18 All-NECC selections in the fall with the men's soccer team earning seven nods. The women's volleyball team and men's cross country team each collected four All-NECC honors while the women's soccer squad received three All-NECC accolades.
