Women’s Cross Country Runs at James Earley Invitational

WESTFIELD, Mass.- The Eastern Nazarene College cross country squads competed at the 17th annual James Earley Invitational Saturday afternoon hosted by Westfield State University.
The women's team was led by Ami Curtis (East Montpelier, Vt.) who clocked in with a time of 25:30.76.
Taylor Corbin (Honesdale, Pa.) posted a time of 29:32.42 while Amy Cornell (Bolton, Conn.) crossed the finish line in 30:25.44 in the 5K event.
On the men's side, Charles Brecht (Pennsville, N.J.) registered a mark of 31:47.20 in the 8K race. Joshua Whitney (Twinsburg, Ohio) finished with a time of 40:36:31.
A total of 430 runners representing 40 teams competed in the men's 8K. In the women's race, 453 participants represented 43 institutions.
