Women’s Cross Country Claims Seventh at Elms Blazer Invitational

CHICOPEE, Mass.- The Eastern Nazarene College women's cross country team posted a seventh-place finish in a field of 13 squads at the Elms College Blazer Invitational Saturday.

Junior Ami Curtis (East Montpelier, Vt.) was the Lions' top finisher as she crossed the finish line in 20:57, good for sixth-place overall in the 5K event.

Taylor Corbin (Honesdale, Pa.) turned in a time of 24:43 to grab 44th overall while Taylor Quint (Hodgdon, Maine) posted a mark of 25:13 to garner 50th place in the field of 115 runners.

Up next, Eastern Nazarene will race at the Pop Crowell Invitational hosted by Gordon College September 29.
