Women’s Volleyball Bests New England College in Regular-Season Finale, 3-0

HENNIKER, N.H.- The Eastern Nazarene College women's volleyball team concluded the regular season with its 14th-consecutive victory, blanking New England College 3-0. With the win, the Lions secure the New England Collegiate Conference regular-season title and the top seed in the NECC Tournament.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Eastern Nazarene cruised to a 25-11 victory in the first set to claim a 1-0 lead.
- The Lions edged the Pilgrims 25-23 in the second frame to extend their advantage to 2-0.
- The visitors triumphed 25-19 in the third to lock up their fourth-straight sweep.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- Eliana Baran (Beaumont, Calif.) notched a match-best 13 kills on the day.
- Telma Zelaya (Tegucigalpa, Honduras) finished with 33 assists, 10 digs, six kills, and three aces.
- Halle Julian (Whitman, Mass.) finished with seven kills and recorded her 100th career dig.
- Andrea Aceituno (Tegucigalpa, Honduras) chalked up six kills and eight digs while Sierra Troyer (Milford, Del.) also added six kills.
- Courtney Pendleton (Colorado Springs, Colo.) paced the squad with 11 digs.
