Cayla Clinkscale Repeats as All-CCC Volleyball Honorable Mention
SPRINGFIELD, Mass.- For the second straight year, senior Cayla Clinkscale (Winchendon, Mass.) of the Eastern Nazarene volleyball team has received All-Commonwealth Coast Conference honorable mention.
Clinkscale played a vital role in guiding the Lions back to the Commonwealth Coast Conference Tournament for the first time since 2007.
The middle blocker led the team and ranked fifth in the league with 311 kills on the year. She also posted a team-best and ranked fifth in the conference with 55 service aces on the season.
Clinkscale also added 273 digs, 14 assists and 43 blocks in her senior campaign. She registered nine double-doubles during the 2013 season.
Clinkscale helped Eastern Nazarene post a 15-16 overall record in 2013 with a 3-5 mark in the Commonwealth Coast Conference.
The Lions claimed the No. 6 seed in the Commonwealth Coast Conference Tournament and will travel to take on third-seeded Endicott November 2.
