Adele Duval, Lindsey Steelman Collect All-CCC Women’s Tennis Second Team Honors
SPRINGFIELD, Mass.- Sophomore Adele Duval (Redding, Calif.) and junior Lindsey Steelman (Darlington, Md.) of the Eastern Nazarene College women's tennis team have been named to the All-Commonwealth Coast Conference second team, announced the league office Tuesday.
For the second year in a row, Duval was selected to the All-CCC second team for her performance in singles matches. The sophomore posted a team-best 6-6 record in singles action this season, playing all 12 matches at the No. 1 position. She finished the fall with a 3-4 record against conference opponents.
Duval and Steelman picked up All-CCC second team doubles accolades after garnering a spot on the third team last fall. The duo racked up a doubles record of 7-5 on the year with a 4-4 mark in league matches this season.
The Lions sport a 4-10 overall record and a finished the fall with a 1-7 mark in the Commonwealth Coast Conference.
