LEXINGTON, Mass.- The Eastern Nazarene College women's soccer team endured a 6-0 loss at Lesley Saturday afternoon.
THE BASICS:
Score: Eastern Nazarene 0, Lesley 6
Records: Lions (2-11-1, 0-3-1 NECC) | Lynx (8-7-0, 4-0-0 NECC)
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Lesley scored in the 11th minute to claim a 1-0 edge.
- The Lynx tacked on a goal in the 15th minute to double their lead to 2-0.
- The home side stretched its advantage to 3-0 with a strike in the 21st minute.
- Lesley added a tally in the 41st minute to extend its lead to 4-0.
- The Lynx widened the gap to 5-0 with a score in the 57th minute.
- The hosts capped off the scoring in the 88th minute with a penalty kick.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- Jasmine Arzu (Bronx, N.Y) posted eight saves between the pipes and Mackenzie Quick (Barrington, N.H.) finished with six saves in her first appearance in goal.
