Rachel Pieger Garners NECC Women’s Soccer Player of the Week Honors

MANSFIELD, Mass.- Senior Rachel Pieger (Oakville, Conn.) of the Eastern Nazarene College women's soccer team has been tabbed the New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) Player of the Week, announced the league office Monday.

Pieger tallied five points in a two-match stretch for the Lions last week. She buried her first goal of the season against Anna Maria and posted one goal and one assist at Simmons.

Eastern Nazarene sports an 0-3 overall record and travels to Thomas (Maine) September 13.
