CHICOPEE, Mass.- The Eastern Nazarene College women's soccer team endured a narrow 1-0 loss at Elms in the final match of the 2020-21 season Tuesday evening.
The Lions finish with an 0-4-0 record on the year with the result while the Blazers improve to 3-1-0 overall.
After a scoreless opening half, the home team held a 5-1 advantage in shots.
Elms captured a 1-0 lead with a goal in the 76th minute as Shannon Ryan picked up her first tally of the spring, burying a pass from Taylor Floser.
Eastern Nazarene registered five shots on the night while the Blazers produced 13 attempts in the contest.
Macie Harlan (Land O'Lakes, Fla.) and Sarah Moschini (Upton, Mass.) each fired a pair of shots while Sam Baston (Carver, Mass.) and Moschini both recorded a shot on frame.
