Women’s Hoops Secures 60-53 Win at SUNY Poly
UTICA, N.Y.- The Eastern Nazarene College women's basketball team claimed a key 60-53 victory at SUNY Poly Friday evening.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Eastern Nazarene clung to a slim 17-14 lead after one quarter of play.
- Both squads chalked up 11 points in the second period as the visitors owned a 28-25 advantage at the half.
- SUNY Poly battled back to seize a 33-32 edge with 5:23 remaining in the third.
- The Lions closed out the third quarter with a 10-2 run to hold a 42-35 lead.
- The visitors claimed their only double-digit advantage of the game with 5:46 left to play in regulation as Molly Smith (Hudson, N.H.) sank a free throw.
- Eastern Nazarene converted 7-of-8 attempts from the charity stripe down the stretch to earn an important conference win.

- Kayla Taylor (Lompoc, Calif.) scored a team-best 14 points to go with six blocks.
- Sabanna Berrios (Providence, R.I.) notched her third double-double, tallying 12 points and grabbing 11 boards.
- Delaney Walker (Nampa, Idaho) scored 12 points and registered five steals.
- Alexandria Paquet (Santa Maria, Calif.) chipped in with 11 points.
- Eva Graf (Mather, Calif.) finished with 11 rebounds and seven points while Delaney Walker (Nampa, Idaho) added six points and six steals.
- Eastern Nazarene posted a field-goal percentage of 33.9% while connecting on 4-of-19 from beyond the arc.
- SUNY Poly shot 33.3% from the floor and finished with a 1-for-11 clip from three-point territory.
- Sophia Murray poured in a game-high 18 points to pace the Wildcats while Alysa Jackson netted 14 points.
