Men’s Cross Country Rookies Run at Roger Williams Invitational
BRISTOL, R.I.- The Eastern Nazarene College men's cross country team kicked off the 2018 campaign with a pair of freshmen competing at the Roger Williams Invitational Friday afternoon at Colt State Park.
Robert Gorman (Ellington, Conn.) was the highest-finishing freshman at the meet, placing 16th with a time of 18:29.61.
Seth Folk (Hollywood, Md.) traversed the 8-kilometer course in 26:34.10.
Bridgewater State captured the team title with the top four runners, including Trevor Wysong who earned the individual crown with a mark of 16:23.71.
Looking ahead, Eastern Nazarene is slated to compete at the UMass-Dartmouth Corsair Invitational September 15.
