Men’s Cross Country Opens Season at Lt. Travis J. Fuller Invitational Saturday
BUZZARDS BAY, Mass. – The Eastern Nazarene College men’s cross country team competed at the Massachusetts Maritime Lt. Travis J. Fuller Invitational Saturday morning to kick off the 2012 campaign.

Senior Charles Brecht (Pennsville, N.J.) paced the Lions Saturday, turning in a time of 35:15 to garner 34th place.
Senior John Keller (South Grafton, Mass.) and junior Brian Hard (Weymouth, Mass.) crossed the finish line just one second apart at 38:54 and 38:55, respectively.
Emerson took home the team title as five runners placed in the top 15.
Cameron Coneys, representing SUNY-Maritime, posted the fastest time in the men's race as he clocked in at 28:04 to claim the individual crown.
The Lions will be back in action September 15 to compete at the UMass-Dartmouth Invitational.
