Men’s Volleyball Cruises Past Lesley, Bard on Senior Day
QUINCY, Mass.- The Eastern Nazarene College men's volleyball team rolled to a pair of 3-0 victories Saturday afternoon at the Lahue Athletic Center, topping Lesley and Bard in the final two matches of the regular season. With the two results, the Lions set a new single-season program record with 17 wins.

THE BASICS:

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Eastern Nazarene coasted to a 25-4 win in the opening set to grab a 1-0 edge.
- The Lions captured the second frame 25-5 to double their advantage to 2-0.
- The hosts posted a 25-7 decision in the third to secure their record-setting 16th victory of the year.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- Brandon Brown (Oxford, Pa.) racked up career-highs of nine kills and eight service aces.
- Nick Thibeau (Spencerport, N.Y.) notched 14 assists, eight kills, nine digs, and four aces.
- Chris Jaskiewicz (Oakdale, Conn.) tallied eight kills, 10 assists, and three digs.
- Nathan Jacques (Casselberry, Fla.) dealt seven service aces while Matthew Mucha (Fresh Meadows, N.Y.) added four aces.

Prior to the start of the matinee match, the Eastern Nazarene College men's volleyball program recognized its seniors: Brandon Brown (Oxford, Pa.), Chris Jaskiewicz (Oakdale, Conn.), and Nick Thibeau (Spencerport, N.Y.).

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The Lions stormed past the Raptors 25-6 in the first frame to seize a 1-0 lead.
- The home team claimed the second set 25-14 to double its advantage to 2-0.
- Eastern Nazarene triumphed 25-15 in the third set to lock up its third consecutive win.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- Alejandro Garcia Fernandez (San Juan, P.R.) finished with seven kills and seven aces.
- Nick Thibeau (Spencerport, N.Y.) notched seven kills and six digs.
- Nathan Jacques (Casselberry, Fla.) posted 15 assists while Delfy Soler (Lawrence, Mass.) chipped in with five kills and eight digs.
- Ty McGlynn led Bard with seven kills while Angel Obergh registered 12 digs, four assists, and three service aces.
NECC TOURNAMENT:
After finishing the regular season with a 6-2 mark in league action, Eastern Nazarene claimed the No. 3 seed in the New England Collegiate Conference Tournament and will host sixth-seeded Northern Vermont-Johnson in the first round April 11.
