Fourth-Seeded Men’s Volleyball Heads to Top-Seeded Elms in NECC Tournament Semifinals Thursday
QUINCY, Mass.- The No. 4 seed Eastern Nazarene College men's volleyball team travels to top-seeded and nationally-ranked Elms in the New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) Tournament semifinals Thursday.

HOW THEY GOT HERE:
Eastern Nazarene compiled a 14-15 record in the regular season and currently sports a 15-15 overall record, setting a new single-season record for wins. The Lions posted an 8-6 mark in the New England Collegiate Conference to claim the No. 4 seed in the NECC Tournament. Eastern Nazarene topped Newbury 3-0 in the NECC Tournament first round Tuesday evening at the Lahue Physical Education Center.
Elms enters the match ranked No. 5 in the AVCA National Poll with a 27-4 record on the year and earned the top seed in the NECC Tournament with a 13-1 mark.
POSTSEASON HISTORY:
Eastern Nazarene is making its third-straight trip to the NECC Tournament in its third season of varsity play and advanced to the NECC Tournament semifinals for the second year in a row. The Lions reached the NECC Tournament semifinals for the first time in program history last season before falling to Elms 3-0.
LIONS VS. BLAZERS:
Eastern Nazarene and Elms have faced off seven times with the Blazers capturing seven victories. The Lions fell at Elms in the 2018 NECC Tournament semifinals.
