Travelis Mosley Repeats as NECC Men’s Track Athlete and Rookie of the Week
MARSHFIELD, Mass.- Travelis Mosley (Pompano Beach, Fla.) of the Eastern Nazarene College men's track and field team claimed his second straight New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) Men's Track Athlete of Week nod and his third consecutive NECC Men's Track Rookie of the Week honor, announced the league office Monday.
Eastern Nazarene competed at the Sean Collier Invitational at Massachusetts Institute of Technology Saturday.
Mosley earned a second-place finish in both the 100-meter dash at 11.10 seconds and the 200-meter run at 22.70 seconds, each are personal-bests. Mosley also ran a leg in the 4x100-meter relay that set a new school record at 44.60 seconds, garnering a third-place finish at the meet.
Eastern Nazarene returns to action April 28 to compete in the New England Collegiate Conference Championships hosted by Regis College.
