Men’s Tennis Cruises Past Western New England 9-0
SPRINGFIELD, Mass.- The Eastern Nazarene College men's tennis team posted its second-consecutive 9-0 victory at Western New England Saturday.
The Lions improve to 10-2 overall and 2-0 in the Commonwealth Coast Conference with the win.
Alex Partyka (Moscow, Russia) and Henry Siercke (Hamburg, Germany) claimed an 8-1 win at the No. 1 doubles spot.
Santiago Camero (Valencia, Venezuela) and Kyle Pierson (Redding, Calif.) earned an 8-5 victory at the second slot.
Shaw Campbell (Redding, Calif.) and Davis Steelman (Darlington, Md.) rolled to an 8-0 decision at the No. 3 position.
Partyka, Siercke, Camero, Pierson, Steelman, and Kaden Swarr (Brighton, Colo.) all earned singles victories to propel Eastern Nazarene to its second league win in a row.
Up next, Eastern Nazarene will host Roger Williams April 11.
