Men’s Golf Earns Ninth at Westfield State Invitational

WESTFIELD, Mass.- The Eastern Nazarene College men's golf team captured ninth at the Brett Williamson Invitational hosted by Westfield State at Tekoa Country Club Thursday.

The Lions compiled a team score of 371 to place ahead of MCLA and Emmanuel in the team standings.

Matt Cawthorne (Norwell, Mass.) paced the squad with a season-low score of 81.

Brandon Brown (Oxford, Pa.) fired a career-best 93 while Chris Jaskiewicz (Oakdale, Conn.) carded a 94.

Nick Thibeau (Spencerport, N.Y.) and Jimmy Keuther (Marshfield, Mass.) also represented Eastern Nazarene on the day.

Eastern Connecticut State claimed the team title with a combined score of 311. Albertus Magnus' Ryan Sember shot a 73 to grab top individual honors.

Up next, Eastern Nazarene will host the ENC Invitational September 27 at South Shore Country Club.
