Men’s Golf Closes Out Fall Slate at Westfield State Invitational Tuesday
WESTFIELD, Mass.- The Eastern Nazarene College men's golf team competed at the Westfield State University Invitational Tuesday at the par-71, 6,438-yard Tekoa Country Club to wrap up the fall season.
The Lions combined to claim 14th place in the tournament.
Hunter Hill (North Wales, Pa.) shot a team-best 107 to finish tied for 60th place overall.
Spyro Varetimos (North Attleboro, Mass.) and Nathan Russell (San Diego, Calif.) each carded personal bests with marks of 118 and 120, respectively.
Michael Pepin (Braintree, Mass.) turned in a 111 on the day while Frank Fusco (Yorktown Heights, N.Y.) posted a 119.
Rhode Island College captured the team crown while Zach Temple of Castleton State took home the individual title with a one-under par 70.
