Men’s Hoops Finishes Campaign with 73-65 Loss at SUNY Cobleskill
COBLESKILL, N.Y.- The Eastern Nazarene College men's basketball team dropped a 73-65 decision at SUNY Cobleskill Saturday in the final game of the 2023-24 season.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Eastern Nazarene grabbed a 14-point advantage with 7:04 remaining in the first half on a put-back layup by Martinie Kamga (Yaounde, Cameroon), 27-13.
- The visitors carried a 33-28 edge into the halftime recess.
- SUNY Cobleskill seized its first lead of the contest with 15:36 left to play as Iziah Pigott drained a three-pointer, 40-38.
- The Lions reclaimed the lead as Elijah Bishop (St. Louis, Mo.) converted two free throws with 8:54 on the clock, 50-48.
- SUNY Cobleskill strung together a 9-2 run to snag a 69-61 advantage and sank 6-of-6 free throw attempts in the final minute to end the regular-season with a victory.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- Darrell Hardge (Hialeah, Fla.) scored a team-best 20 points while adding five rebounds and five assists.
- Fahad Tarjali (Amman, Jordan) tallied 14 points in his fourth-straight start.
- Martinie Kamga (Yaounde, Cameroon) finished with 12 points and eight rebounds while Elijah Bishop (St. Louis, Mo.) added nine boards and six points.
- Eastern Nazarene posted a field-goal percentage of 32.4% while connecting on 5-of-24 from beyond the arc.
- SUNY Cobleskill shot 44.9% despite a 3-for-19 effort from three-point distance.
- Andre Starks paced the home side with a game-high 27 points and 12 rebounds. Iziah Pigott registered 17 points while Markel Jenkins chipped in with 11 boards and nine points.
