Logan Sharp Returns to Lead Men’s Basketball Program
QUINCY, Mass.- Eastern Nazarene College Director of Athletics Dr. Brad Zarges has announced the hiring of Logan Sharp as head men's basketball coach. Sharp becomes the 14th head coach in the program's 65-year history.
"I am excited to welcome Coach Logan Sharp back to Eastern Nazarene College as the next Head Men's Basketball Coach. During Coach Sharp's time at ENC as an assistant coach he demonstrated a life committed to Christ, both personally and professionally. His relational abilities will resonate well with our current, new, and future student-athletes," commented Zarges. "With strong coaching mentors that have influenced him throughout his days as an athlete and coach and his own investment to grow in his career, Logan is prepared to take this next step on his coaching journey."

Sharp comes to Eastern Nazarene following a two-year stint as an assistant coach at Hartwick College in Oneonta, New York. He helped lead the Hawks to a 14-12 record over the two seasons as three student-athletes garnered All-Empire 8 honors.
Prior to his post at Hartwick, Sharp served as an assistant coach with the Lions from 2017-19 under Scott Polsgrove. He assisted in guiding Eastern Nazarene to a 23-28 record with a 16-18 conference mark and a trip to the New England Collegiate Conference semifinals while three student-athletes collected all-conference accolades.
Sharp graduated from Bryan College in Dayton, Tennessee where he played four seasons for the Lions' men's basketball team and served as team captain. During his four years at Bryan, he appeared in 59 career games and dished out 87 assists while grabbing 48 rebounds and propelled the Lions to the Appalachian Athletic Conference finals in 2013.
A native of Alcoa, Tennessee, Sharp obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Health Sciences from Bryan before earning his Master's Degree in Education with a focus on Special Education from Eastern Nazarene in 2019.
The Eastern Nazarene men's basketball program has compiled a 136-97 record over the past 10 seasons with seven conference tournament berths and five semifinal appearances.
