Levi Grady-White Named NECC Men’s Basketball Rookie of the Week
MARSHFIELD, Mass.- Freshman Levi Grady-White (Springfield, Mass.) of the Eastern Nazarene College men's basketball team has been tabbed the New England Collegiate Conference Rookie of the Week, announced the league office Monday.
Grady-White averaged 9.7 points, while adding 7.0 rebounds per game and 2.0 assists per game, over three contests for the Lions.
In Eastern Nazarene's 83-73 setback at Gordon, he tallied nine points and added four rebounds.
Grady-White notched 10 points, six boards, four blocks, and three assists as the Lions cruised to a 93-73 victory at Northern Vermont-Lyndon.
In Eastern Nazarene's 77-67 conference-win over Becker, the freshman posted his first collegiate double-double. Grady-White finished with 10 points and 11 rebounds against the Hawks.
This season, Grady-White paces the NECC with a field-goal percentage of 74.5% while adding 8.0 points per game.
Up next, Eastern Nazarene returns to the court January 8 to host league-leading New England College.
