Bio

Addison Rouse was named the head baseball coach at Eastern Nazarene College on June 21, 2013. 

In his third year at the helm, Rouse led the Lions to a 15-25 overall record. Colton Rice and Brent Houle each garnered All-CCC third team accolades in 2016 while Jeremy Wagner was named the CCC Senior Scholar-Athlete of the Year.

Rouse guided Eastern Nazarene to a 15-22 record in 2015. The Lions placed three players on the All-Commonwealth Coast Conference teams as Cameron Fiorentino earned second team honors in his first season with the team while Jeremy Wagner and Justin Wagner were both selected to the third team.

In his first season managing the Lions, Eastern Nazarene posted a 13-17 overall record and a 4-12 mark in the Commonwealth Coast Conference.

Under Rouse's tutelage, Anthony Berroa earned a pair of All-CCC accolades in 2014 while Rocco Martinelli picked up All-CCC honorable mention.

Rouse comes to Eastern Nazarene after serving as the top assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at Brescia University, an NAIA institution in Owensboro, Ky. Rouse spent two seasons with the Bearcats where he managed all of the program's recruiting efforts, including scouting players, travel and allotment of scholarship money.

Rouse facilitated offense and base-running philosophies and instructions at Brescia while also implementing outfield drills and instruction.

He also spent two seasons as a graduate assistant coach at Henderson State University in Arkadelphia, Ark. Rouse assisted the Reddies' head coach with all aspects of recruiting as well as organizing fundraisers, the Booster Club and Golf Tournament. On the diamond, Rouse implemented outfield drills while also working with the team's batters.

Rouse spent three summers working with the American Legion program in Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada from 2009 to 2011. He served as the team's hitting and pitching coach in 2009 and 2011 and managed the squad during the 2010 season.

Rouse graduated from Brescia University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. As a collegian, Rouse helped the Bearcats claim the 2009 KIAC championship and reach the NAIA National Tournament in 2008 and 2009. He was also selected to the KIAC All-Academic Team in 2009.

Rouse earned his Master's Degree in Sports Administration from Henderson State University in 2012. He also attended Ohio Valley University in Vienna, W.V. where he helped the Fighting Scot capture the 2006 WVIAC title en route to an NCAA Regional Tournament berth.

I look forward to developing a championship-caliber program, as well as producing outstanding Christians, students and young men."
