Why did you choose ENC?
“I wanted to go to a Christian school with a good education. I have a lot of family members who are ENC graduates and they all had a great experience, so choosing ENC seemed like the perfect fit for me.”
If you could vacation anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
“I would like to go to Alaska because it’s definitely different than most other places in the United States and I hear the nature there is amazing to see.”
Being a senior on the team this year, how have you grown and taken on the role of leadership?
“I try to set a good example for the younger guys and especially try to help them learn the plays. I’ve been a part of the basketball program for so long now, so I know what Coach Polsgrove expects from us. I try my best to reiterate his message to the rest of the team.”
What has been your favorite moment as a student-athlete at ENC so far?
“Beating Roger Williams in the playoffs my sophomore year. They upset us in the conference tournament my freshman year, so coming out and upsetting them that next year was a very memorable and special moment.”
What are your future plans after ENC?
“I’m going into the army in May following graduation. I’m going to begin training to be an army officer and am very excited to begin that whole journey and process.”
What are some words of advice you have for future student-athletes at ENC?
“You need to remember to focus on your academics and work as hard as you can at everything you do. Also, when it comes time to compete, you need to always stay ready because you never know when your number is going to be called.”
